Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team who is guest focused, has keen attention to detail, works clean and is a team player. You must be reliable, timely, friendly and be able to provide responsive service to create an exceptional experience for our guests.

About us:
Hi-Lo is a taco shop and bar that opened it's first location in late 2023 and plans to expand to multiple locations. It’s our plan to balance quality and simplicity to create a strong business model that can grow into multiple locations. At a year and half old we are fine-tuning our model and brand.

With nearly 40 years of combined restaurant experience our leadership team takes culture, professionalism, and growth opportunities seriously. We strive to create a supportive and wholesome place of work that offers clear expectations and all required tools for our team to succeed and grow. While we have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, source locally, and are focused on quality, Hi-Lo is a casual unpretentious restaurant which allows us to enjoy the fun stuff and not sweat the mundane.

SERVER

The Server possesses the highest comprehension of our food and beverage menus,and is ultimately responsible for providing present and proper service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous serving experience required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Open Availability for some AM and PM Shifts Preferred

BARTENDER

The Bartender possesses the highest comprehension of our food and beverage menus, and is ultimately responsible for providing present, proper, refined service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Bartending experience required
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
