The Corham Agency | Financial Advisory is a growing life, health, and financial services agency focused on educating and empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions about their financial protection. This remote, commission-based Customer Success Advisor role combines consultative client service with a structured pathway for leadership and agency development. The position is suitable for both licensed agents and candidates new to the industry; the agency provides licensing support, structured onboarding, and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess life, health, and financial protection needs.
• Explain product options clearly, ethically, and with a client-centered focus.
• Recommend and present customized insurance and protection solutions.
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, policy placement, onboarding, and renewals.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and periodic outreach.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely manner.
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and support teams to meet individual and team objectives.

Minimum requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional interpersonal demeanor.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Coachable attitude with willingness to learn sales, service, and compliance processes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Reliable internet connection and phone access for remote work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Active life and health insurance license(s). Candidates without licenses will be supported through the licensing process.
• Experience in customer service, sales, finance, or entrepreneurship.
• Interest in leadership, agency development, and building residual income over time.
