Job Description: Office Assistant at Amend Treatment

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the office staff and clinical team
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
• Assisting in organizing and maintaining files and records
• Handling general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and logistical arrangements
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate databases
• Supporting billing and invoicing processes

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
• Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
