Serves as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, driving clear communication, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provides subject matter expertise, mentors team members, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, outcomes, and overall client satisfaction. Manages implementation activities for medium to large‑scale projects, serving as a subject matter expert for standard implementations and providing mentorship and guidance to Implementation Project Coordinators.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills/ExperienceThorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional areaDemonstrated management and leadership skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAdvanced knowledge of project managementAbility to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLocation - Jacksonville, FL The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
