We’re hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals for Assistant Event Manager positions supporting live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach, and customer engagement activities .

No Management Experience Required!

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll work alongside an experienced team while gaining hands-on experience in event operations, customer service, promotional marketing, team coordination, and community outreach .

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with live events, promotional activities, and community outreach programs
• Support event setup, registration, activities, and breakdown
• Help coordinate team members during events
• Interact professionally with customers, attendees, and community members
• Answer questions and provide information about programs and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and community engagement
• Assist with event materials, displays, demonstrations, and promotional activities
• Help track daily activities and event goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and leadership development
• Learn event operations, marketing, communication, customer service, and team coordination
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
